Rwanda coffee is renowned for its unique and captivating flavor profile that reflects the country's high-altitude growing conditions and meticulous processing methods. Known for its specialty coffee production, Rwanda offers a range of flavor profiles that showcase the country's distinct terroir. Rwanda coffee often exhibits a bright and lively acidity that enlivens the palate. It is characterized by a medium to full body and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. The flavor profile typically features vibrant and complex notes of red fruit, such as cherries or berries, which contribute to a pronounced sweetness. Additionally, Rwanda coffee may display floral undertones, including jasmine or lavender, adding a delicate and aromatic quality. Some varieties also offer hints of dark chocolate, caramel, or spices like cinnamon or cloves, providing a harmonious balance. Rwanda coffee's exquisite flavor profile, combined with its unique origin story, makes it a beloved choice for coffee enthusiasts seeking a distinctive and memorable cup.

Overlooking the beautiful Sierra Valley near Frenchmens Lake is where we roast coffees from all over the world.
Roasting is done in small batches which allows us to have a quality focused roast bringing out the optimum flavor of the different origins that we offer. The great taste will prove itself in each cup you drink. If you enjoy life and coffee like we do then the few cents more per cup from what you are drinking now for this type of specialty coffee is well worth it.
We appreciate a superb cup of coffee whether we are at home or at a coffee shop and that is why we started roasting coffee over a decade ago; we know that others have this appreciation as well. When you have perfected something you love the next step is to share it with others.
We invite you to share this wonderful experience and become part of our coffee community!
